When do I get my username & password?

When you receive your network account (including your username and password) depends on a few factors that are explained in our Network account article.

Why can't I connect to the WiFi or internet?

It could be how you're entering your info, the strength of the signal, which network you're choosing, the type of device you're using (game, phone, printer, etc.) and more. We have a number of solutions for you to to try in our WiFi (Internet access) article.

How do I get TV channels?

Xfinity cable and streaming options are available to our resident students. Find all of them in our Xfinity article.

Where can my parents pay my bills?

You can permit anyone you choose to see what info you choose (including paying your bills) with Parent Proxy.

What do I do when I get a "Domain is Not Available" or "No Logon Servers are Available" message on a college campus computer?

You can restart the computer. Once it turns back on wait a full minute before trying to log back into the computer. A restart should reestablish the connection from this computer to the network servers and allow you to log into the computer. If this does not resolve the problem contact us.

I have a college laptop off campus and I cannot log in, what should I do?

Before leaving campus, make sure you log into the laptop, otherwise you will not be able to log in off campus. If you're already off campus, you would need to return to campus and log on to fix this.
