Error: "York College of PA Mail virus scanners are temporally unavailable"
This means that Google cannot scan for viruses at that moment, so opening the email's attachments may be dangerous.
Access Gmail from your phone or mobile device.
iOS Mail App
We do not fully support this option and it occasionally has glitches. We recommend that you use the iOS Gmail app instead.
Go to your device Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange.
Enter your YCP email address, then select Next.
Select Configure Manually.
Enter your Network Account password, then select Next.
Username: (your YCP email address)
Ensure that Mail is selected, then select Save.
We've recently had reports that those YCP calendars already shared with non-YCP members are not properly functioning. To fix this, please unshare your calendar, then share again with whoever you like.
Quickly schedule meetings/events and get reminders about upcoming activities. Share your schedule with others & create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together.
Sync multiple calendars in the iOS Calendar App via the Google Calendar Sync
Google shared drives
"Shared drives are shared spaces where teams can easily store, search, and access their files anywhere, from any device.
Unlike files in My Drive, files in a shared drive belong to the team instead of an individual. Even if members leave, the files stay exactly where they are so your team can continue to share information and get work done." ¹
We offer Google shared drives for all YCP employees, full of useful documents.
Drive File Stream
Stream your Drive files directly from the cloud to your Mac or PC, freeing up disk space and network bandwidth. Because Drive files are stored in the cloud, any changes you or your collaborators make are automatically updated everywhere. You’ll always have the latest version.
