Why am I being asked for an access code?
If you are being prompted for an access code, you are most likely not in Google Chrome, your Chrome needs updated, or you do not have the Honorlock Chrome extension.
What equipment is needed?
You will need a working webcam, microphone, and either a laptop or desktop computer. Integrated or external USB will both work. Here are the system requirements.
Note: Honorlock will not work on any mobile device.

Don’t worry; Honorlock offers technical support 24/7. They can help whether you have issues before, during, or after your proctored tests.
