Office 365 Education is FREE for current students, faculty, & staff!

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more, can be installed on up to 5 PCs, Macs, or mobile devices.

Please note this offer will only last as long as you are a current student at YCP and is between Microsoft and the YCP Student.

To install Office 365, follow the steps below:

  • Click here to get to the Office 365 Free link.
  • Type in your YCP email address (username@ycp.edu). Select whether you are a student or faculty/staff.
  • An email will be sent to your YCP email. Open it and click the Complete Office 365 Education sign-up link.
  • Fill out the information to create a Microsoft Account. You will need to create a password for this account. This password will be used later to activate your Office account.
  • Click Install Now to install Office 365 on your current computer. Remember, you have up to 5 installs.
  • When installing Office, type in your YCP email address (username@ycp.edu) and the password you created for Microsoft to activate Office 365.
  • After installing Office 365 on your computer, make sure that you select the option to Sign in to an existing Office 365 subscription. Do not select the product key option.

Need a password reset for your YCP Microsoft account?

  • Click here to navigate to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page.
  • Type in your YCP email address.
  • On the password screen, click on the Forgot Password link.
  • Type your YCP emial address and complete Microsoft's verification.
  • You will see this screen below. Click on contact an administrator. This will notify your LTS Administrators to manually reset your password. You will then receive an email with your temporary login information with a link to reset your YCP Microsoft account.
