Moodle : Adding Instructors

Students are added to courses in Moodle through the college registration process. This request process is for instructor additions only.

Process

To grant additional instructors access to your course please email LTShelp@ycp.edu

We will need to know:

the class name and course number (with semester)

who you would like added and what they need to access

Please note that the Registrar's Office is the primary authority for enrollments. All student enrollments in Moodle are controlled through a process that is based on official course registration. Although tutors are allowed to be added to certain courses those assignments are validated with the Center for Teaching and Learning and approved by the department chair of the respective course. As a note, the tutor role can't access grades of students but does have some content control in the Moodle course.
