Moodle : Adding Learners to a Non-Academic Course

In non-academic courses, the class manager is required to manually add individuals to a course and assign any role changes that are needed to these individuals.

  1. Log into myYCP.
  2. Select the Moodle icon on the homepage of myYCP.
  3. Make sure you are in your non-academic course.
  4. Click the gear in the top right corner and choose More... (Figure 1).

6. Click the Users tab at the top and then select Enrolled users (Figure 2).

6. Click the Users tab at the top and then select Enrolled users (Figure 2).

7. The "Enrol users" box will open. Select the roll for those you are adding (instructor or student). Once you find the person click the Enrol button. Continue this process until all students are added. Once you have finished click the Finish enrolling users button to complete the enrollment (Figure 3).
