Save as PDF
Anything that you can print from your computer, you can save as a PDF instead. This allows you to save it, share it, and even make notes on it without a hard copy.
If printing is inhibited by your VPN or Remote Desktop, then Save as PDF (AKA "Print to PDF") first. Then, either email it to yourself or add it to Google Drive. You may then retrieve & print it locally (from outside of the VPN).
Open the file or page you want to print.
Open the Print options.
Windows 10: Ctrl + P
macOS: ⌘ + P
For the Printer or Destination, select the Save as PDF option.
Select Print or Save.
This will download the content as a PDF document.
